ShareFile Plugin for Microsoft Outlook now available for Applied TAM
University Park, Ill. – July 26, 2016 – Applied Systems today announced that it has expanded its relationship with Citrix to offer its ShareFile Plugin for Microsoft Outlook® to North American insurance agencies and brokerages utilizing Applied TAM. Through this collaboration, agencies and brokerages can further automate document management through easy, secure email without the use of usernames and passwords, in addition to the sharing and storing of documents in the cloud without having to leave Outlook. This addition to the Citrix partner program offerings builds on the previously released integration of RightSignature with Applied Epic, which has seen rapid adoption since its release in April.

ShareFile is a file sync and sharing service that enables independent agency and brokerage staff to send encrypted emails and files securely. With ShareFile, agents and brokers can securely send out policies, audits, certificates of insurance, brochures and endorsements with just a click of a button. Recipients can download files instantly — no software or account needed. ShareFile also provides an electronic signature solution so agents can quickly and easily send documents, such as applications, that can be filled-in, signed and returned, reducing the application process timeline by more than 90 percent.
