Real-Time for First Notice of Loss
Electronic submission using Real-Time for First Notice of Loss (FNOL) creates significant efficiencies for both agencies and carriers. Real-Time for First Notice of Loss offers the ability to submit FNOL reports with attachments in real-time from your agency management system. Carriers can receive these submissions directly into their Claims Administration System without the need for human intervention or re-keying of any data.
Automating the FNOL submission process not only saves time and effort by eliminating manual entry by the carrier, it also minimizes errors and enables you to provide more efficient service by speeding the claim process for the insured. After you submit the FNOL directly from your agency management system, the carrier is able to immediately process and return claim details such as Claim Number and initial Adjuster Assignment.
Real-Time Claims Inquiry
At any point in the claims process, you may have the need to inquire on the status of a claim. You have the capability to request a current status on a claim from your agency management system using Real-Time Claims Inquiry. A response for the inquiry is typically a pdf or HTML. By making this request directly from your agency management system, you can respond to the customer quickly and easily by not leaving your system to log into an agent portal or make a phone call.
Real-Time Loss Runs
Agents also have the capability to request a Loss Run from their agency management system using Real-Time Loss Run. A Loss Run response is typically a PDF, Excel or HTML, not data that would go back in to the agency management system. By making this request from your agency system, you can save time and respond more quickly to your clients.
