Sip Outside the Lines – Time to Innovate and Brainstorm Among the Vines

We’re pleased to announce our 2025 Enterprise Advisory Council Annual Summit in idyllic Sonoma County, California.

Our Enterprise Advisory Council is an exclusive invite-only group of executive leaders from the most strategic and innovation-focused insurance agencies across North America. Our annual Summit offers the opportunity to share ideas & experiences, get an inside look into our product roadmap, and help shape the future of the Applied Systems platform and solution offerings.

In the spirit of driving further collaboration and networking across our industry, we’ll once again be joined by senior leaders from the top US carriers for a half-day strategic joint session. We’ll also have a half-day strategic breakout session for our Canadian customers. Additionally, all group activities and events outside of sessions will include both carriers and agents.

We look forward to building upon the success of our 2024 Summit in Kiawah and hope to see you in the beautiful California wine country!

The Companion Program is back again for the 2025 Summit! Experience the luxurious beauty of Montage Healdsburg and the surrounding community with a companion by your side – whether that’s a significant other, a friend, or a parent. We have put together a full lineup of activities that will allow for some relaxation and fun!

  • Companions will be able to attend all group activities and evening events.
  • Companions will also enjoy a dedicated hospitality lounge and activities such as:

    • Biking Through the Landscape
    • A Beekeeping Experience
    • Spa Montage’s Luxury Experiences

Don't Miss This Year's Summit - Register Today!

Registration Deadline: February 15th, 2025

We can’t wait to have you and your companion at the Summit! Please fill out the form below to complete your registration for the event. You will be responsible for booking your own air travel. There are a few airport options, so please select whichever works best for you.

  • Santa Rosa (STS) – Approx. 20 minutes from the hotel
  • Oakland (OAK) – Approx. 1.5 hours from the hotel
  • San Francisco (SFO) – Approx. 1.5 hours from the hotel

Once your air travel is secured, please send all flight information to EAC25@appliedsystems.com. We will coordinate ground transportation to and from the airport and secure your hotel accommodations.

If you want to add personal time to your stay at Montage Healdsburg, please let us know as soon as possible, as space is limited at this highly anticipated, world-class resort.
