We have a lot of exciting things happening here at Applied and I’m thrilled to share some of our latest mobile innovations. One of the biggest updates is Spanish being added as a language option in Applied CSR24® for your customers to select when reviewing their policy information, starting a claim, or using other self-service options available via your portal. This update allows you to provide a better online experience for your Spanish-speaking customers. The Applied MobileInsured customer self-service app and the Applied Mobile® agent app will automatically set to Spanish if Spanish is set as the primary language on the customer or agent’s mobile device.
Additional enhancements in Applied CSR24 include:
- Drag and Drop Document Upload: Policyholders no longer have to wait for each individual document to upload. They can now drag and drop multiple documents at once into the Claim and Document Upload area.
- Simpler Forms: The personal auto policy change request has been streamlined to reduce time and friction for your customers in the data acquisition process.
- UX Updates: The self-service portal has a new, modern look with improved navigation, including updated icons and a sliding left panel to make finding and completing tasks within the app easier.
Our Product team is already busy working on the next release, which includes a Forms Designer. This feature allows you to create your own portal request forms, which send back activities when policyholders submit them. Be on the lookout for this and other exciting features later this summer.
