    Creates space for career support and candid conversation across Team Applied, through cultural learning, mentorship, community outreach, and recurring forums to speak openly about identity, wellbeing, and life beyond the job.

    Turns accessibility, disability awareness, and mental wellbeing into regular conversation and practical action, with learning on visible and invisible disabilities, peer support, and recurring wellbeing programming open to all teammates.

    Gives LGBTQIA+ teammates and allies a visible, welcoming place at Applied through education, professional community, and shared celebration, reaching across locations with direct ways to learn, take part, and show support.
