Gollogly Insurances Ltd., a family business founded in 1986, struggled with speed and connectivity on its on-premises servers. The servers also stopped staff from working from home, documenting information during client visits and opening more offices.
When the server was due for replacement, the brokerage chose to run Applied Relay in Applied Cloud. Brokers now take the system to clients on their laptops and enter information there and then, which makes the process faster and helps grow the business. With the system in the cloud, opening a second office is now possible.
