The imarket Live-Chat service enables Applied brokers to communicate easily and directly with underwriters on rate and product enquiries without leaving the Applied TAM Commercial Lines application, increasing insurer connectivity and allowing business to be more quickly quoted and bound. Allianz and AXA are now live with the web chat functionality.
