Brownhill Insurance Group Selects Applied TAMCloud

Leading broker to leverage cloud services and extend customer service strategy as part of growth-focused business initiative

Brighton, UK – 11 May 2017 – Applied Systems today announced that Brownhill Insurance Group has selected Applied TAMCloud, the world’s most widely used broker management system, to support their digital transformation plan. Leveraging Applied Cloud, Brownhill Insurance Group will gain the flexibility, scalability and data security needed to grow their business. The broker will further utilise Applied Mobile, Applied MobileInsured and Applied CSR24 to deliver an omnichannel customer experience as part of their digital transformation strategy.

  • Applied MobileInsured is the industry’s first native, branded mobile application for brokers to provide mobile client self-service via iOS or Android smartphone devices. The mobile app seamlessly integrates with broker management systems to provide customers accurate, convenient access to insurance information whilst on the go. As an online extension, Applied CSR24 also enables brokers to provide 24/7 access to insurance policy information, claims filing and processing, premium payments and insurance documents through a custom-branded customer portal. Applied MobileInsured and Applied CSR24 reduce manual administrative tasks and allow brokers to devote more time to serving customers and securing new business.
