Modern Benefits Agency Management

Run Benefits operations from one place to free up more time for advising clients

Benefits Management Software header image

Benefits operations function very differently from P&C, and when your agency management system doesn’t reflect those differences, servicing becomes slower, more manual, and harder to scale. You need a system built around how Benefits work actually gets done. One that brings all plan and account details into a single area so you can work faster.

By centralizing Benefits data and aligning workflows to the plan lifecycle, you reduce downstream errors, improve manager visibility, and deliver consistent, timely service at every stage – from plan design and marketing to enrollment, servicing, and renewal. Build your Benefits business with software that can scale across any agency model, whether Benefits-only or a multi-line operation.

Get Started

A single, unified Benefits area eliminates the need to hunt through P&C screens and aligns actions with how plan servicing actually happens so that teams can respond to clients quickly and accurately.

New Benefits fields now flow into Epic Reports, Epic Dashboards, Applied Marketing Automation® lists, and templates, including Benefits Guides.
