Integration partnership to automate surety bond processing and workflow
University Park, Ill. - Sept. 20, 2016 - Applied Systems today announced that Insurance Automation Group has joined the Applied Partner Program to offer its iAutomate: Erlon Surety solution to North American insurance agencies and brokerages via integration with Applied Epic and Applied TAM. Through this collaboration, agencies and brokerages can automate end-to-end surety bond processing and workflows, eliminating manual re-keying of billing, bond policy insert, and transactional data to reduce cost and errors and omissions exposure.
iAutomate: Erlon Surety enables agencies and brokerages to streamline their surety bond processing and workflow. Through Applied Certified Integrations with Applied Epic and Applied TAM, the iAutomate: Erlon Surety solution automates the entire surety workflow process – from when a firm approaches an agency to develop a surety bond, to when the agency approaches its surety partner to underwrite its bonds, to the final bond approval and execution – all within a single system. Each partner in the team can efficiently manage their bond approval and execution process, track all bond data, easily generate reports on every aspect of the bond process, and reduce the errors and omissions that occur in manual bond processing.
