Addition of new insurers to enable more timely and comprehensive customer service
Brighton, UK – September 13, 2017 – Applied Systems today announced the addition of Ageas and QBE to the Live-Chat capability within Applied TAM’s Commercial Lines application. This addition builds on the initial launch of the capability with Allianz, AXA and NIG. The imarket Live-Chat service enables Applied brokers to communicate easily and directly with underwriters on rate and product inquiries within the Applied TAM Commercial Lines application.
