Servco Pacific Insurance, an independent insurance agency in Honolulu, HI, faced challenges when expanding to multiple offices. A few years ago, Servco Pacific Insurance decided to expand its Hawaii-based operations into Washington and Oregon. Moving to Applied Epic has enabled Servco Pacific Insurance to bring all seven offices into one system. “Applied Epic has helped us put everybody across seven offices on a much more consistent workflow than we ever had before,” said Elias. “You can actually be in one system with access to all documents, client data and certificates in the same place.” A large amount of time and keystrokes are saved by having all of the information in one system.
Servco Pacific Insurance’s retention rate is at an all-time high of 97 percent, and executives are confident it will continue to steadily climb with higher client satisfaction from the use of Applied CSR24. Staff are also experiencing significant time savings when processing certificates of insurance for customers. “Applied CSR24 has become an electronic method for the staff to easily put it in the hands of the client,” said Elias. “They no longer have to spend time on manual processes; they can now focus on the business, and its continued growth.” With the use of Applied technology, Servco Pacific Insurance has doubled its revenue in the past five years and fully expect this trend to continue.
