Terms & Conditions of Use for Epic Browser Extension
Applied grants Licensee access to Applied EpicCloud® agency management system via an internet browser extension (“Epic Browser”) through the specific URL provided to Licensee by Applied subject to the terms and conditions of the Applied Systems Master Agreement for software and services (and/or other relevant agreement) for Applied EpicCloud between Applied Systems Inc. (or Applied Systems Canada Inc. as applicable) and Licensee. For purposes herein, Licensee is the entity on whose behalf this Epic Browser extension is being used (e.g., the insurance agency employing the user of this extension).
Licensee is responsible for controlling user access to Epic Browser, distributing the URL to users authorized to access Epic Browser, and maintaining applicable security parameters for Epic Browser access to Applied EpicCloud. By using Epic Browser, Licensee authorizes Applied to disclose information present in Licensee’s instance of Applied EpicCloud to users that log in to Applied EpicCloud through Epic Browser. The Epic Browser extension itself does not access, collect, transmit, or otherwise process any personal information or other data.
The Epic Browser extension does not have any purpose or use whatsoever except through a valid login or other credentialing mechanism, which is provided to a user by Licensee. If you were not provided any such login or other access credentials from Licensee, you may not download nor use Epic Browser extension for any reason.
