- Integrations Access: Delivers access to EZLynx Connect integrations directly from the applicant screen versus only through the Quotes results page, allowing agents to cross-sell anytime outside of the quoting workflow.
- Document Generation: Allows agents to automate generation of client documents within the Automation Center, such as proof of insurance or ACORD forms, to save and share with clients via the EZLynx online customer portal.
- Commercial Driver Changes: Enables insureds to submit the full driver details when requesting a policy change for commercial auto policies within the EZLynx online customer portal.
- Live Support Chat: Offers live chat with EZLynx Support Team directly in the application to get real-time answers on workflow and system questions.
