Pay Portal User Experience Improvements

Enhancements have been made to the Applied Pay portal, including:

A new Payment Request History section lists all unpaid invoice requests to increase visibility on potential policy defaults and keep unpaid invoices top of mind.

The ability to export payment details directly from the transaction screen to maintain proper records for auditing and awareness.

Payment Link for Outgoing Epic Invoices

Limit risk and save time in the collection process by automatically embedding client-specific payment links in the email body of outgoing Applied Epic® invoices. Only payments due are displayed to ensure correct payments are made. Once payment is received, auto-apply credits to debit on the client’s Account in Applied Epic. This feature helps you avoid forgetting to add links and reduce errors with copying and pasting.

Applied Epic Payment Link and Auto-Apply Credits to Debits

Generate a payment link for your insured based on viewing balances by Account, Policy, or Transactions in Applied Epic. Save accounting staff time and reduce manual errors by automatically applying credits from payments received through the payment link to debits in Applied Epic when an insured makes a payment.
