Creating Inclusive Spaces

Applied is proud to support five Communities of Interest (COIs) for our teammates to connect across identities and lived experiences.

Through our COIs, we create safe spaces for our community members to share their perspectives and for their allies to better understand experiences across the identity spectrum. These communities are open to all team members—everyone is welcome to join and foster connections, grow in advocacy, and contribute to a more inclusive workplace.
