With these clear objectives in mind, Towne Insurance strategically implemented a suite of Applied solutions, including Indio® and Shield24 (Applied CSR24®), specifically chosen to streamline the exchange of documents with clients and ensure they could easily upload submissions and receive timely responses. Towne Insurance worked closely with Applied to ensure a successful transition and widespread adoption, focusing on continuous training and creating a plan to establish "power users" at each location to conduct training sessions where users could work on actual submissions.
Since using Indio, the agency has seen a dramatic reduction in the time needed to process applications, with submissions sometimes arriving on the same day – a vast improvement from taking days or even weeks. Clients were thrilled and even expressed that they could’ve used the technology sooner.
