Terms & Conditions of Use for Applied Epic Bridge
By downloading the app from the Microsoft App Store, Applied grants you access to the Microsoft Outlook add-in for Applied EpicCloud® agency management system (“Applied Epic Bridge”) solely for use in connection with your internal insurance processing and quoting operations in the United States and/or Canada. Your further acknowledge and agree that access to Applied Epic Bridge requires you to have entered into a direct contract with Applied Systems, Inc. or its affiliates (“Applied”) in writing, referred to as the Applied Systems Master Agreement for software and services prior to downloading this app. The Applied Systems Master Agreement governs your use of and access to Applied EpicCloud and a copy of such document is available upon request. For purposes herein, “you” refers to the entity on whose behalf the Applied Epic Bridge extension is being used (e.g., the insurance agency employing the user of this extension). When using Applied Epic Bridge, you must abide by Applied’s Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for controlling user access to Applied Epic Bridge. By using Applied Epic Bridge, you authorize Applied to: (a) process your personal information and other information present in Applied EpicCloud pursuant to the terms of Applied’s Privacy Policy; (b) disclose information present in your instance of Applied EpicCloud to users that log in to Applied Epic Bridge; and (c) otherwise disclose and share information as intended by the functionality of Applied Epic Bridge. Applied Epic Bridge itself does not access, collect, transmit, or otherwise process any personal information or other data.
Applied Epic Bridge does not have any purpose or use whatsoever except through a valid login or other credentialing mechanism, which is provided to a user by you. You may not download nor use Applied Epic Bridge for any reason without such login or other access credentials.
Use of Microsoft Outlook and all other third-party tools and software remains subject to any such terms required by such entities. Applied is not responsible for and explicitly disclaims any liability for such solutions.
