VANTREO Insurance Brokerage strives to make life easier for their clients but the manual, paper-heavy application and renewal process was doing the exact opposite. The agency was also wasting valuable time rekeying data from clients’ applications into their Applied Epic management system, creating E&O risk. The reason why we love the Indio and Applied Epic integration is that it saves so much time for our agency. Once we get the application from our client, we can push it from Indio to Applied Epic to verify the information then send it directly to the insurer. We don’t need to print any documents or drag and drop to our agency portal, it’s all electronic.
